"Once our eyes are opened, we can't pretend we don't know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, knows that we know, and holds us responsible to act."

"Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, "Give them up!" and to the south, "Do not hold them back." Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth" Isaiah 43:5-6

"Remember those…who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering." (Hebrews 13:3)

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves…defend the rights of the needy." (Proverbs 31:8,9)

"The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'" Matthew 25:40
This is our journal to rescue an orphan with Down syndrome who lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe. Anna was left at the hospital by her parents, who refused to take her home because she was born with Down syndrome. In Anna's country people with disabilities are looked down upon and are typically hidden away in orphanages from birth and their outlook for life is not very good. Once the orphan turns 4-6 depending on the region they live in, they are then transferred from the orphanage to mental institutions or insane asylums. Our family desperately wants to make Anna our daughter before she is transferred as she is already 5 years old. We will love her and give her the family that she deserves and give her a future full of hope, despite her disability. When our family stepped out in faith and committed to adopt Anna we didn't have the money that it would take to get her here. God has worked miracles in so many aspects of our adoption. The biggest miracle is that I have had faith all alone that God would send the money we needed to adopt Anna. Through many answered prayers, God made sure we had every penny we needed to make her our daughter!

Please watch this video and see what God says about orphans and the starving children!

This is Ashlyn. She is a 10 year old Princess, beloved daughter and a ray of sunshine to our life. Ashlyn was born to a mommy and daddy who love her and accepted the fact that she was born with Down syndrome and took her home to love her and help her grow. She has always known love and been smothered in kisses and hugs. She is cherished and loved from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. She is Queen Bee and knows it.

And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me Matthew 18:5

This is Anastasia. She is 5 years old. She is a Princess but doesn't know it, yet. Anastasia was born to a mommy and daddy in Eastern Europe who have no idea what a ray of sunshine she is. Her having Down syndrome is not acceptable in her country. They did not take her home to love her and help her grow. She hasn't known love or been smothered in kisses and hugs. Instead she was taken to a baby orphanage and left there to be raised by orphanage workers who don't have time to love and cuddle with a baby house full of orphans with various disabilities. She doesn’t know it yet but there is a family who is longing to bring her home and love her and cherish her and smother her with hugs and kisses.  There is a mommy and daddy who want to bring her to America and love on her and help her grow.

If Anastasia isn’t rescued soon she will be transferred from the baby orphanage to an institution for people with disabilities, AKA an insane asylum.

This is a RESCUE MISSION!!

Our family would like to make Anastasia a part of our family. Could you possibly help us save her life? There are many families who would love to adopt but don’t have $30,000 lying around to be able to rescue the life of an orphan. We want to be able to rescue Anastasia and rescue her as fast as we can. We don’t want her to have to suffer another day in an orphanage or a mental institution. We will be doing various fund raisers and raffles to assist in our adoption of the little Princess. You can also make a tax deductible donation if you would like.  The link at the top right with with Anna's picture on it will allow you to make a tax deductible donation.   Remember to specify the Williams family adopting Anastasia when donating.  We understand that everyone is not able to help financially but ask for your prayers for our family as we begin this journey to save a Princess!!  $30,000 is a lot of money for you and me but to my God, $30,000 is nothing!  We have faith that God will provide for Anastasia!!
