In less than a month it will be sweet Anna's 6th birthday. Ohhhh how we have hoped that we would have her home for her birthday and we now realize there is no way this is going to happen :( Now we can only pray for a court date ASAP and pray that we will get to see her sometime again around her birthday. At least we have comfort in knowing that while she has gone almost six years with no birthday parties, no family to love her and celebrate her, we at least know that this will be her last birthday in that institution! Thank you God!
We still have to raise a little less than $3,000 so that we can make our third trip to her country and pick her up! I'm asking you, will you please share our link/story in hopes that we can raise the rest of the money? There's not much time left to raise $3,000 but we all know that God is in control and he will make sure that we some way, some how have all of the finances in order to complete our adoption of Anna. Will you show this sweet pea some birthday love and make a donation, pray and share our story? Remember, no amount is too small and will be much appreciated! You can make a *tax deductible* donation to help us bring our girly home by clicking on the Reece's Rainbow link to the right. Make sure that you mention - The Williams family - Anastasia. What an awesome 6th birthday present you can give her.....the gift of a family. God bless you all who have donated, prayed and shared our story with your family and friends :)

This is our journal to rescue an orphan with Down syndrome who lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe. Anna was left at the hospital by her parents, who refused to take her home because she was born with Down syndrome. In Anna's country people with disabilities are looked down upon and are typically hidden away in orphanages from birth and their outlook for life is not very good. Once the orphan turns 4-6 depending on the region they live in, they are then transferred from the orphanage to mental institutions or insane asylums. Our family desperately wants to make Anna our daughter before she is transferred as she is already 5 years old. We will love her and give her the family that she deserves and give her a future full of hope, despite her disability. When our family stepped out in faith and committed to adopt Anna we didn't have the money that it would take to get her here. God has worked miracles in so many aspects of our adoption. The biggest miracle is that I have had faith all alone that God would send the money we needed to adopt Anna. Through many answered prayers, God made sure we had every penny we needed to make her our daughter!

Thank you :)
Praying that your daughter will be home with you soon. The money will come, just continue to believe.
My wife and I were just discussing today how next month will be our Julianna's first birthday with birthday cake, ice cream, and gifts. She will be turning 9 years old.
Know and believe that your daughter will be HOME before you know it.
God bless you and your family.
